Services

Staffing Attraction Systems provides the Google Jobs Placement Program and related marketing services for staffing and recruiting agencies, as described on this website and in a written agreement with each client.

Fees and payment

The program fee is stated on our pricing section and in the client agreement. Fees are due as set out in that agreement, by card or invoice.

Guarantee and refunds

Our placement guarantee and refund terms are described in our refund policy and the client agreement. If they differ, the signed agreement controls.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide site and applicant-tracking access we reasonably need, keep active orders listed, and follow up applicants promptly. Results depend on these.

No other warranties

We do not guarantee applicant volume, search rankings or results beyond the written placement guarantee. Google controls its own policies and rankings. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
